Boxing Class Description

This program will teach you the basics of boxing. Boxing classes will stimulate all muscle groups and provide the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. The boxing workout will improve your reflexes, coordination, flexibility, speed, power, and cardiovascular fitness. The Boxing program is designed to develop your punching techniques on heavy bags. This program utilizes Boxing techniques to get an intense physical workout. Boxing will help you to build and tone muscle while you burn fat.
